Welcome to chile-tepin.com, the website of Chile Tepin (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided so you can learn about our restaurant, view our menu, find our location and hours, request a reservation, and reach our online ordering platform. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape its contents, or submit false or abusive information through our forms.
Menu, prices, and availability
Menu items, descriptions, and prices shown on the Site or in the restaurant are for information only and are subject to change without notice. Items may be unavailable on a given day, and dishes served may differ slightly from photos. Prices charged are those in effect at the time of your order.
Allergen and food safety notice
Our kitchen prepares dishes containing peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, fish, and shellfish, using shared equipment and cooking surfaces. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a specific allergen. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell your server or the person taking your order before ordering. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, seafood, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Reservations
The reservation form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation exists only after a member of our team contacts you by phone or email to confirm it. We take a limited number of reservations, generally for parties of six or more; most of our dining room is seated first come, first served. We may decline or modify a request based on availability. Please let us know if your plans change so we can offer the table to other guests.
Online ordering
Online orders are placed through a third-party ordering platform at chiletepin.kulacart.net, not on this Site. That platform's own terms, privacy policy, and payment processing apply to any order you place there. Questions about a specific order, pickup time, or refund should be directed to the restaurant at the phone number below.
Gift cards
Gift cards are sold through our online ordering platform and are redeemable for food and beverages at Chile Tepin. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, are not replaceable if lost or stolen, and carry no fees or expiration date beyond what Utah law permits. The ordering platform's terms apply to the purchase itself.
Alcoholic beverages
You must be 21 or older to order or consume alcoholic beverages. We comply with all Utah and Federal laws and may request valid identification.
Promotions
Any discounts or promotions we offer are subject to the terms stated with the offer and may be discontinued at any time.
Intellectual property
The Chile Tepin name, logo, photographs, and the text and design of the Site belong to Chile Tepin or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to services we do not control (our ordering platform, Google Maps, social media). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chile Tepin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
